Micos Façade Solution

The FTTH facade solution offers a simple way of installing optical infrastructure which eliminates construction work inside a building.

The solution is especially suited to two-storey houses.

The ORM 3 FA transition box can be used both for splicing the feeder cable and gradually connecting the subscribers. The horizontal cable distribution is installed on the facade by using cable clips. This cable is worked in the same way as a standard riser cable inside a building.

Where necessary a window is cut to pull out the necessary fibres and splice the drop cables to the customer.

The ORM 3 FA transition box features a tray and management for 12 splices. The capacity can be gradually increased by using an extension set up to a maximum of 12 fibres with a capacity of 36 splices.
