Access Control and Security

CCTV (closed-circuit television) is a TV system in which signals are not publicly distributed but are monitored, primarily for surveillance and security purposes. CCTV relies on strategic placement of cameras, and observation of the camera's input on monitors, an app or recorded to a hard disk drive. CCTV camera systems vary from basic analogue recording of the image to IP systems integrated with other security systems.

Physical access control is a matter of who, where, and when. An access control system determines who can enter or exit your premises where they are allowed to exit or enter, and when they can enter or exit. Access control can be as simple as a standalone keypad or a complex as the environment requires.

An electronic locking device operates by means of electric current and are usually part of an access control or door entry system. Electronic locks come in a variety of forms and if integrated to your access control system that will facilitate it, can also be remotely monitored and controlled, both to lock and to unlock.

Intruder alarms detect attempted intrusion or unauthorised entry into your building, room, site or secure installation and trigger a response. There are many different types of intruder alarms, including wired and wireless options with selection depending on your personal preference, location, building size, level of protection required, monitoring, method of response etc.
