Cable hives are an excellent alternative to floor and slab boxes, as they similarly take underfloor power to under desk level. They offer a fast, unobtrusive and straightforward, no-tools installation, in addition to their easy installation and relocation if necessary. Cable Hives are suitable for use with the Conti power module and are perfect for any office power requirements, accepting up to 2 x 40mm flexible conduits. To ensure that the cables are secured, the Cable Hive comes equipped with a split lid with integral foam to insert the cables. With its discreet self-closing lifting handles and self-latching mechanism, it presents excellent safety when installed. The fasteners will work on a carpet with a minimum panel thickness of 5mm and an interlocking clamp top. In the overall depth, it has a 35mm reduction. A Choice of soft or hard foam available.
