CMW’s IP66 Stainless Steel 19” Data Rack Cabinets provide long-term protection for sensitive IT, networking and telecoms equipment in harsh environments. Built from high-grade 316L stainless steel, this 24U cabinet with 800mm depth offers expanded internal space, making it ideal for larger servers, complex cabling arrangements and installations requiring greater airflow management. With superior corrosion resistance, high ingress protection and robust construction, it is the preferred solution for coastal, marine, industrial and mission-critical applications.

- Brushed stainless finish – 0.4 micron Ra surface for enhanced corrosion resistance
- Certified to IP66 & IK10

- Enclosure dimensions: 1200H x 600W x 800D (24U height)
- Extended 800mm depth – ideal for larger hardware and advanced cable management
- Front and rear 19” rack rails fabricated from 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet
- High-quality UL listed polyurethane full perimeter seal – temperature resistant -40°C to 80°C (160°C short term)
- Surface mounted door in 1.5mm Grade 316L Stainless Steel with concealed removable hinges and captive pins
- Door opens to 110° and includes integral cable management rail studs and M6 earth stud
- Three-point locking system with key-lock swing handle (alternative lock options available)
- Stainless steel gland plate incorporated into bottom face, supplied with gaskets and fasteners
- Flat face sealing surfaces to extend seal life
- Removable internal cable management rails for greater installation flexibility
- Optional accessories available: shelving, mounting plinths, castors, cable management and more

Standard Shipping
This is a next working day service which is free of charge on order values above £100 Exc VAT to the UK mainland. For orders under this value a charge of £10 Exc VAT will be applied.
Express AM Shipping
If you urgently need your order, you can select express AM shipping which will guarantee delivery by noon next day. This is a set price of £20 Exc VAT regardless of the value of your order.Express Pre 10:30 Shipping
If you urgently need your order, you can select express Pre 10.30am shipping which guarantees your delivery by this time next day. This is a set price of £24.95 Exc VAT regardless of the value of your order.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination. To obtain a price for international shipping please contact us.
Order Processing Time
Once we receive your order we endeavour to process and ship it to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 hour. This does exclude weekends and holiday. Our order cut off time for next day delivery is approximately 4.00pm. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, it may take us slightly longer to process your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment via our website or through the relevant carrier company’s online tracking system.
