Simultaneous Fibre Preparation
The SS05 stripper and CT60 cleaver allow two fibres to be stripped and cleaved at the same time, while the splicer’s automatic clamp-cover mechanism lets both fibres be positioned simultaneously. This reduces preparation time and increases efficiency on larger jobs.

Active Fusion Control
The 100S continuously analyses fibre type and end-face condition, adjusting arc parameters in real time for consistently low splice loss. This system reduces errors caused by poor cleave angles and helps maintain strong, stable splice quality throughout the day.

Automatic Blade Management
Bluetooth connectivity enables the 100S to monitor CT60 blade wear in real time. When a worn position is detected, the cleaver automatically rotates the blade to the next of 28 positions, removing the need for manual adjustments and minimising downtime.

Workflow Automation
The wind protector, heater and sheath clamps operate automatically, with adjustable timings to suit the user’s preferred workflow. The result is faster, repeatable and more consistent splicing even in high-volume environments.

Enhanced Usability
A V-shaped finger placement guide allows easier fibre positioning, while adjustable lever angles improve comfort whether used on a bench or handheld. A bright 4.95" touch display, built-in illumination, tool-free electrode replacement and Fujikura’s intuitive “Splice Coach” interface create a smooth user experience for both new and experienced engineers.

The 100S supports GPS splice-location tagging, wireless cleaver management and full integration with the Splice+ smartphone app for reporting, workflow tracking and theft-prevention locking.
