e-Harsh IP66 rated Cabinets from CMW are available as a cost-effective solution to house equipment in areas subject to exposure to extreme external and industrial environments – such as Harsh Weather, Marine and Chemical exposed situations. IP66 cabinets are built to order so are available to customers unique specifications such as width, depth and U size, either with 19”, ETSI 23” rack rails or to required spacing. Material choice for all cabinets is either mild steel or three different grades of stainless steel, making them suitable for various environments. – Cabinets can be built to comply with ATEX Zone ratings. IP54 and IP55 Cabinets are also available in standard and custom sizes

• Fully Welded construction in 1.5mm or 2mm Mild Steel, 1:4003, 304 or 316L grade Stainless steel
• Mild steel and 4003 stainless steel is powder-coated RAL7035 Grey or RAL9005 Black standard colours
• 304 and 316-grade stainless can be left natural finish or powder-coated
• Certified to IP66
• Can be manufactured to comply with various ATEX Zone ratings
• Cabinets can be provided with 19", ETSI 23", customer-specified spacing or without rack mount rails
• Rackmount rails are adjustable and provided to front and rear of the cabinet as standard
• Available in required U size, width and depth ( up to 52U currently )
• Single or double doors are fitted at front only or front and rear
• Doors have a multi-point locking mechanism with L handle, left-hand lift-off hinges, door runners & stays and earthing points as standard
• Door locks can be specified as Swing Handle, Wing Knob or Combination style
• Doors can be provided with toughened glass to the specific size required
• Gland plates, removable internally or externally, can be fitted on any face and in size required
• Plinth option for 100mm or 200mm with removable plates to one or more sides
• Mounting Feet and Heavy Duty Castors can be specified
• A sloping roof and or a rain canopy can be specified
• Removable lifting eyebolts supplied for large cabinets
• Wall mounting lugs supplied with wall cabinets allowing slight spacing of wall for water runoff
• Vortex cooling units available (requires external compressed air supply)
