Rockwool FirePro Acoustic Intumescent Sealant
Fire and acoustic sealant for linear joints and service penetrations
Rockwool FirePro Acoustic Intumescent Sealant is a high-performance, water-based acrylic sealant designed for use with ROCKWOOL Ablative Coated Batt systems. It reinstates fire resistance where services penetrate fire-rated walls and floors, or where linear joints are present.
Certified Fire and Acoustic Protection
Tested to BS EN 1366-3 and BS EN 1366-4 standards, this sealant provides up to 4 hours of fire protection and has a weighted sound reduction index of up to 57dB. It is CE marked and UL-certified for performance in a wide range of applications.
Versatile Application
The sealant is suitable for linear joints up to 50mm, service penetrations, and a variety of substrates. It offers increased movement capability and is also available in a trowel-grade option. With easy application and a fast curing time, it is ideal for both vertical and horizontal joints.

This is a next working day service which is free of charge on order values above £100 Exc VAT to the UK mainland. For orders under this value a charge of £10 Exc VAT will be applied.
Express AM Shipping
If you urgently need your order, you can select express AM shipping which will guarantee delivery by noon next day. This is a set price of £20 Exc VAT regardless of the value of your order.Express Pre 10:30 Shipping
If you urgently need your order, you can select express Pre 10.30am shipping which guarantees your delivery by this time next day. This is a set price of £24.95 Exc VAT regardless of the value of your order.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination. To obtain a price for international shipping please contact us.
Order Processing Time
Once we receive your order we endeavour to process and ship it to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 hour. This does exclude weekends and holiday. Our order cut off time for next day delivery is approximately 4.00pm. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, it may take us slightly longer to process your order.
