The Teltonika OTD500 is a rugged and high-performance outdoor 5G router designed to deliver fast, reliable connectivity in even the harshest environments. Housed in a weather-resistant IP55-rated enclosure, it is ideal for remote or exposed installations where dependable mobile connectivity is essential.
5G Mobile Connectivity
Supporting 5G Sub-6GHz with download speeds of up to 3.4 Gbps and upload speeds up to 900 Mbps, the OTD500 is also backwards compatible with 4G LTE Cat 19 and 3G networks. It features dual SIM slots and eSIM support, with automatic switching for optimal redundancy and uninterrupted service.
Advanced mobile features include signal strength monitoring, band management, auto APN configuration, operator block/allow lists, and SIM PIN code management, ensuring flexibility and control in mobile deployments.
PoE Functionality
The OTD500 includes 1 x PoE-in and 1 x PoE-out Ethernet port, simplifying installation by allowing both power and data over a single cable. This is ideal for powering additional network devices in the field.
Industrial-Grade Design
Built for the outdoors, the OTD500 features a UV-resistant plastic housing, integrated mounting bracket for flat surface or pole mounting, and an operating temperature range from -40 °C to +55 °C. The IP55-rated enclosure ensures protection against dust and low-pressure water jets.
Remote Management and Security
Fully compatible with Teltonika RMS, the OTD500 allows secure, remote monitoring, configuration, and firmware management. It supports a comprehensive suite of VPN protocols including WireGuard, OpenVPN, ZeroTier, IPsec, and more, along with enterprise-grade security features such as firewall configuration, access control, DDOS protection, and 802.1x authentication.

This is a next working day service which is free of charge on order values above £100 Exc VAT to the UK mainland. For orders under this value a charge of £10 Exc VAT will be applied.
Express AM Shipping
If you urgently need your order, you can select express AM shipping which will guarantee delivery by noon next day. This is a set price of £20 Exc VAT regardless of the value of your order.Express Pre 10:30 Shipping
If you urgently need your order, you can select express Pre 10.30am shipping which guarantees your delivery by this time next day. This is a set price of £24.95 Exc VAT regardless of the value of your order.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination. To obtain a price for international shipping please contact us.
Order Processing Time
Once we receive your order we endeavour to process and ship it to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 hour. This does exclude weekends and holiday. Our order cut off time for next day delivery is approximately 4.00pm. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, it may take us slightly longer to process your order.
